1. Dispatch & Delivery Timeline
- Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery may take 5–15 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
- These timelines are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen courier or logistical delays.
2. Shipping Partners
- All domestic orders are shipped via trusted courier services integrated with Shiprocket, ensuring fast and secure delivery.
- We currently do not offer international shipping, but we’re actively working on expanding our reach soon.
3. Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via SMS/email.
- You can also track your order directly through Shiprocket’s tracking portal for real-time updates.
4. Delivery Address & Confirmation
- Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Kindly double-check your address before placing an order.
- Delivery confirmation and updates will be sent to your registered email and/or mobile number.
5. Transit Damages or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, we will gladly offer an exchange of the product, subject to availability.

If the item is out of stock, we will:
- Offer a refund, OR
- Allow you to wait for a restock, OR
- Help you choose another product of the same price.
- In case your package is lost during shipping, we will initiate a replacement or refund under the same conditions as above.
6. Important Notes
- Hidayah & Co. guarantees timely dispatch within 3–5 business days.
- Delays post-dispatch are not under our control and are the responsibility of the courier company.
