Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 5–15 working days, depending on your location.
Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS. You can also track your order on Shiprocket's portal for live updates.
We offer returns and exchanges only on abayas, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition with tags and barcodes intact. Please check our Cancellation & Refund Policy for detailed guidelines.
No, returns/exchanges are not accepted for hijabs, accessories, or prayer items due to hygiene and personalization factors. Color variations may occur due to lighting and photography.
If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, we will either:
- Exchange the product (subject to availability), OR
- Issue a refund, OR
- Allow you to select a different product of the same price.
Yes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.

We accept all major UPI payments, debit/credit cards, and net banking via our secure payment gateway powered by Razorpay.
Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid for faster processing and secure handling.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–7 business days after approval. Refunds are initiated back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Yes, if your order hasn’t been processed yet, your refund will be initiated within 3–5 working days.
