Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Hidayah & Co., we value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. Please go through our cancellation and refund policy before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

2. Returns & Exchange Policy

  • We currently offer exchange or refund only for Abayas.
  • Hijabs, Accessories, and Prayer Essentials are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as color and fabric tone variations may occur due to screen resolution, lighting, and fabric characteristics — which we mention clearly on our website.
  • Return/exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Products must be returned in unused, unworn condition, with:
    • Original tags, barcodes, and packaging intact
    • No stains, damage, or signs of wear or use

⚠️ If any returned product does not meet these quality checks, it will be shipped back to the customer and no exchange or refund will be issued.

3. Return Shipping Charges & Conditions

  • In case of exchange or return from the customer’s end, the shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
  • A reverse pickup will be arranged by us only after the customer pays the applicable return shipping fee.
  • We are not liable for any damage or loss during the return transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to package the item securely.
  • If the customer refuses to pay the return shipping cost, the return or exchange will not be initiated.
  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order. Subsequent requests for exchange will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it to our support team within 24 hours of delivery along with photo or video proof.
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit, as deemed appropriate by our team.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Once a return is approved and the product passes quality check, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days through the original mode of payment.
  • Please note that payment gateway deductions (such as from Razorpay) may apply, and refund timelines may vary as per their policies.

6. Additional Notes

  • Size-related issues are not eligible for refund if the product matches the size selected — please refer to the size chart carefully before purchasing.
  • Sale items, discounted products, and giveaway items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
